| 本研究では，精神保健福祉士と保育者の多職種連携に関する文献のレビューを行い，それぞれの連携の捉え方や考え方，認識の違いなど明確にすることを目的とした．対象文献は，CiNii を使用して選別し，精神保健福祉士28本，保育者33本の計61本とした．これらを多職種連携の対象，種類，範囲，アプローチモデル，中心となるコーディネーターの5つの指標を基に分析した．結果，精神保健福祉士は，多職種連携を「視野は広く・全体的・多人数」と捉え，連携に対し「能動的」であり，チームの中での役割は「明確ではない（ぼやけている）」であった．それに対し，保育者は，「視野は狭く・限定的・少人数」と捉え，連携に対し「受動的」であり，チームの中での役割は「明確である」であった．そして，共通点は，両専門職ともインターディシプナリーモデルを重要視していることが分かった． | ||||||||||

| This study was a literature review of multidisciplinary collaboration between mental health workers and child care providers to compare differences in how collaboration is viewed, thought about, and perceived. The literature included 28 articles by mental health workers and 33 articles by child care providers for analysis. The axes of analysis were the target, type, scope of multidisciplinary collaboration, approach model, and the central coordinator of multidisciplinary collaboration. The results showed that mental health workers viewed multidisciplinary collaboration as “broad, holistic, and multi-person,” were “active,” and their roles were “unclear”(blurred). In contrast, childcare professionals viewed multidisciplinary collaboration as“ narrow, limited, and small group,” were“ passive,” and their roles were“ clear”. The commonality found was the importance of the interdisciplinary model by both professionals. |
