| 本研究は，高齢療養者の医療処置を担う介護者に対する訪問看護師のケアリング行動尺度を開発し， その信頼性，妥当性を検討することを目的とした．調査内容は，基本属性と訪問看護師のケアリング行動に関する先行研究をもとに作成した40項目の質問項目で構成した．調査対象は，47都道府県毎に無作為抽出した訪問看護ステーション470ヵ所の訪問看護師各3名，合計1410名とし，分析対象は，40項目に欠損値が無い497名とした．探索的因子分析の結果，「関係性を育む」「医療処置の力を引き出す」 「肯定的感情を共にする」「元からある生活を守る」「気持ちをやわらげる」「安心を気づかい介入する」の6因子32項目が抽出され，全体のCronbach α信頼性係数は0.967で内的整合性が示された．この結果を基に6因子二次因子モデルのデータへの適合性を，構造方程式モデリングにより検討した．結果，適合度指標は統計学的な許容水準を満たしており，本尺度は信頼性，妥当性を有することが確認された． |

| Visiting Nurses’Caring Behavior Scale for assessing caring behavior for caregivers providing medical treatment to elderly patients was developed, and its reliability and validity were examined. The survey inquired about basic attributes, and also included 40 question items developed based on previous studies on visiting nurses’caring behaviors. The survey was conducted with visiting nurses (N=1,410) enrolled in visiting nursing stations (N=470) that were randomly extracted from 47 prefectures. Three nurses were selected from each nursing station, and those without missing values were analyzed (N=497). The results of exploratory factor analysis indicated the following six factors comprising 32 items:“Building relationships,”“Bringing out abilities to provide medical treatment,”“Sharing positive emotions,”“Maintaining the past life,”“Relieving the feelings,”and“Intervening by considering the peace of mind.”Cronbach’s alpha of the complete scale was 0.967, which indicated the sufficient internal consistency of the scale. The goodness fit of the six-factor-secondary-factor model to the data was examined based on the above results by using Structural Equation Modeling, which indicated that the goodness of fit indices reached statistically acceptable levels.
