本論は，ICT 機能の発展と大学図書館における図書館機能の変革とICT 機能の発展の関連性を論じた．近年のICT 機能の発展に伴い，図書館の機能や役割の新たな整備が求められている．本論は，ICT 機能の発展に伴う情報リテラシー教育に関する図書館機能の具体的な対応例を参照して論ずる．2つの大学図書館を見学し，先進的な事例として取り上げた．本学図書館の情報リテラシー教育とラーニング・コモンズの具体策を紹介した．電子的なコンテンツの増加は，必ずしも書籍の貸出によらない知識の受領が可能になっている．書籍の知は，読者の知となる．このような一方向の認識からラーニング・コモンズやアクティブラーニングの導入等による双方向型コミュニケーション環境づくりへの変革に資する情報リテラシー教育の推進が図書館機能の将来性ある対応であると考察した． |

This study examines the relationship between the development of ICT functions and information literacy education in university libraries. In recent years, new functions and roles for libraries have emerged with the development of ICT. This study discusses how the university’s library functions should respond to information literacy education through the development of ICT functions. Two university libraries were visited and selected as advanced examples. Specific measures for information literacy education and learning commons at our university library were introduced. The increase in electronic content has made it possible to receive knowledge without necessarily borrowing books. It was considered that the knowledge of books becomes the knowledge of readers. A transformation from such a one-way perception to the creation of a two-way communication environment is a promising response for library functions through the introduction of learning commons and active learning. |
