| 本研究の目的は，こども家庭庁設立以前からの川崎学園における子ども医療福祉の実践と理論的背景を紹介することである．そのため，まず12年間の川崎医療短期大学医療保育科の実践を報告した．次いで，保育士，幼稚園教諭に精神保健福祉士の国家資格を加えることにより，「妊娠から始まる家族の支援と，あらゆる子どもの支援」を目指す，7年間の川崎医療福祉大学子ども医療福祉学科の実践を報告した．そのうえで，川崎医療短期大学医療保育科の実践，川崎医療福祉大学子ども医療福祉学科の実践の理論的背景を説明した．具体的には，①ライフコース論（多様性）とライフステージ論，②医療保育領域，③ネウボラの考え方，④ソーシャルワークとケアワークの関係，⑤ジェネリック・ソーシャルワークとスペシフィック・ソーシャルワークとの関係，⑥ジェネラリスト・ソーシャルワークの視点の6つである．残された課題は，卒業生の効果を測定することと，カリキュラムマネジメントを継続していくことである． | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to introduce the practice and theoretical background of child medical welfare at Kawasaki Gakuen Corporation since before the establishment of the Children and Families Agency. To this end, we first reported on the practice of the Department of Medical Care and Childcare at Kawasaki College of Allied Health Professions for 12 years. Next, we reported on the 7-year practice of the Department of Child Medical Care and Welfare at Kawasaki University of Medical Welfare, which aims to “support families starting from pregnancy and support for all children” by adding national qualifications of mental health care workers to nursery school teachers and kindergarten teachers. We then explained the theoretical background of the practices of the college and the university. Specifically, the following six areas were discussed: 1) life course theory (diversity) and life stage theory, 2) medical childcare area, 3) the concept of Neuvola, 4) the relationship between social work and care work, 5) the relationship between generic social work and specific social work, and 6) the generalist social work perspective. The remaining challenges are to measure the effectiveness of the graduates and to continue curriculum management. | ||||||||
