本研究は，結婚を経験した口唇裂口蓋裂者の病気説明の状況と病気の捉えを明らかにすることを目的に5名に半構成的面接を行い質的帰納的に分析した．データ収集期間は2017年9月～2019年1月であった．結果，幼少期の病気説明において，説明を聞いていないとした者は，劣等感や親への疑心感を持ちながら治療を受け，結婚や次世代についても否定的感情を持っていた．しかし，成長過程において病気を正しく理解できたことで，結婚についても肯定的な捉えと変化していた．次世代については，遺伝に関連した不安を抱きながらも，自らの治療経験を理解していることが子育てへの支えとなっていた．子どもを有することで，次の世代への遺伝に関連した不安を抱くようにもなっていた．病気説明に関しては，発達段階に合わせて適切に行い，幼少期に劣等感や自己否定感情をもって過ごすことのないよう支援していくことが重要であると考える． |

In this study, five married patients with cleft lip and/or palate underwent semi-structured interviews to clarify their understanding of the disease. The collection period was from September 2017 to January 2019. As a result of the survey, those who had not been informed of the disease had feelings of inferiority and distrust toward their parents during treatment, and had negative feelings about marriage and the next generation. However, as they became able to understand the disease correctly in the process of growing up, their view of marriage changed to a positive one. Although they were worried about the genetics of the next generation, understanding their experience with treatment has helped them raise my children. After having a child, they began to feel anxious about passing on their genes to their child in the next generation. It is necessary to appropriately explain the illness according to the child's developmental stage and provide support so that the child does not spend his or her childhood with feelings of inferiority or self-denial. |
