| 本研究の目的は，高齢患者のせん妄ケアにおけるせん妄ケアチーム看護師と病棟看護師の協働に着目し，せん妄ケアチーム看護師の実践について明らかにすることである．研究方法は，急性期病院のせん妄ケアチーム看護師5名を対象に半構造化面接を行い質的記述的に分析した．結果，病棟看護師との協働に着目したせん妄ケアチーム看護師の実践として，【病棟のせん妄ケアの現状把握】，【高齢者観・倫理観・実践の内省を促す教育の実施】，【高齢患者の尊厳を大切にしたケアの実践と提案】，【せん妄ケア実践のキーマンとなる病棟看護師の役割発揮の支援】，【病棟看護師との協働を促進するための工夫】が明らかとなった．協働の実現は容易ではないからこそ，せん妄ケアチーム看護師と病棟看護師がせん妄ケアについて共に考え続けることが重要であり，今後の課題でもあると考えた． | ||||||||||

| The aim of this study was to clarify the practices of delirium care team nurses by focusing on the collaboration between delirium care team nurses and ward nurses in delirium care for elderly patients. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 5 nurses who work on delirium teams at acute care hospitals. The obtained data were analyzed using a qualitative and inductive approach. The results were [understanding the current states of delirium care in the ward] [education to urge introspection about image of the elderly that nurses have on them, ethics and nursing practice] [suggestions and practices of care that values the dignity of elderly patients] [supporting the role of ward nurses who are the key players in delirium care practice] and [ingenuity to promote collaboration with ward nurses]. I thought that it was important for the nurses of the delirium care team and the ward nurses to work together to continue thinking about delirium care. | ||||||||||
