Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 5 nurses who work on delirium teams at acute care hospitals. The obtained data were analyzed using a qualitative and inductive approach. The results were [understanding the current states of delirium care in the ward] [education to urge introspection about image of the elderly that nurses have on them, ethics and nursing practice] [suggestions and practices of care that values the dignity of elderly patients] [supporting the role of ward nurses who are the key players in delirium care practice] and [ingenuity to promote collaboration with ward nurses].
