| 本稿は，障害のある子どもを対象とする放課後等デイサービスの役割・機能について，整理し，今後の方向性について検討したものである．本稿では，障害のある子どもの主な放課後対策として，放課後等デイサービス，放課後児童クラブ，日中一時支援事業について，法的定義や現状について整理を行った．また，先行研究から，放課後等デイサービスの定義や，役割・機能についての記述を抽出し，放課後等デイサービスの役割・機能の整理を行い，今後の放課後等デイサービスの方向性について検討した．先行研究では，「放課後等デイサービスは学校教育の補完ではなく，「訓練」「指導」だけが主な役割ではないこと」，「学校と放課後等デイサービスの連携による子どもと支援への共通理解」，「地域における居場所の拡大のための，放課後等デイサービスと地域との連携」，「保護者支援は子育て支援にもなり，保護者のレスパイトや就労支援については，子どもの生活基盤の安定につながる」と述べられていた．それらを考察した結果，今後の放課後等デイサービスには，「基本活動を組み合わせた多様なサービス提供による子どもの年齢・発達段階に応じた本人支援」，「子どもや支援への共通理解を目的とした家庭・学校・放課後等デイサービスの連携」，「地域との連携をコーディネートするソーシャルワーク機能」，「子どもの安定した生活基盤を支えるための子ども家庭支援へのサポート」が求められる． | ||||||||

| This paper summarizes the roles and functions of after-school care service centers for children with disabilities and considers future directions. In this paper, the legal definitions and current status of after-school care service centers, after-school children’s clubs, and daytime temporary support projects are organized as major after-school measures for children with disabilities. In addition, we extracted definitions of after-school care service centers and descriptions of their roles and functions from previous studies, organized the roles and functions of after-school care service centers, and examined the direction of future after-school care service centers. In previous studies, it was found that “After-school care service centers are not a supplement to school education, and their main role is not only training and guidance”,“ Common understanding of children and support through cooperation between schools and after-school care service centers”, “Coordination with after-school day services and communities to expand places to stay in the community”, “Support for parents also supports child-rearing, and respite and employment support for parents leads to the stability of children’s livelihoods.” As a result of these considerations, future afterschool care service centers should include “personal support according to the child’s age and developmental stage by providing a variety of services that combine basic activities,” “Collaboration between home, school, and afterschool care service centers”,“ Social work function that coordinates cooperation with the community”, and“ Support for family support to support a stable living foundation for children” are required. | ||||||||
