In this paper, the legal definitions and current status of after-school care service centers, after-school children’s clubs, and daytime temporary support projects are organized as major after-school measures for children with disabilities. In addition, we extracted definitions of after-school care service centers and descriptions of their roles and functions from previous studies, organized the roles and functions of after-school care service centers, and examined the direction of future after-school care service centers.
