新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響を受け，2020年4月から予定されていた病院実習は1日のみで中止となった．その後代替実習として，学内模擬実習，オンラインによる遠隔模擬実習を行った．本稿では，代替実習について紹介するとともに，実習生に対し行ったアンケート調査の結果を報告する．実習形態が変わることで，実習生の意欲や進路希望に殆ど影響は見られないが，実習内容をより充実させる必要があると考える．代替実習には，医療機関での実習の要素を含めることが重要であり，そのためには医療機関と教育機関との連携が必要である． |

Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the hospital training scheduled from April 2020 was cancelled after only one day. Subsequently, an on-campus simulation exercise and an online remote simulation exercise were conducted as alternative training. This paper introduces the alternative training and reports the results of a questionnaire survey conducted on the trainees. Although the change in training format has had little effect on trainees’ motivation or career aspirations, we believe that the content of the training needs to be enhanced. It is important for alternative training to include an element of training at medical institutions, and this requires cooperation between medical institutions and educational institutions. |
