Subsequently, an on-campus simulation exercise and an online remote simulation exercise were conducted as alternative training. This paper introduces the alternative training and reports the results of a questionnaire survey conducted on the trainees. Although the change in training format has had little effect on trainees’ motivation or career aspirations, we believe that the content of the training needs to be enhanced.
