| 本研究の目的は，救急看護学でシミュレーション教育を行ったのち，重症・救急看護学実習を経て学生が得た学びを明らかにし，教育的効果と課題を検討することである．研究対象者は，救急看護学を履修し，重症・救急看護学実習を行った4年生6名であった．データ収集は，グループインタビューによる半構成的面接を行った．分析は，面接内容から逐語録を作成し，内容分析を行った．その結果,【自己評価を行う機会となる】【救急看護で必要な知識が定着する】【チームの重要性を認識する】【アセスメントの重要性に気づく】【ケアを実践する自信の獲得に繋がる】【医療者と情報の共有ができる】【自分の考えを意思表示する意義が深まる】【看護の対象者の立場に立つ】【ケアにおける倫理的感受性が向上する】の9カテゴリーに分類された．教育的課題は，重症患者の早期回復を促す看護実践に関するシミュレーションの開発と学生の臨床判断能力を向上させるシミュレーション方法の検討であることが示唆された． | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to clarify the learning that students obtain after completing a critical care and emergency nursing practice after simulation education in emergency nursing, and to examine educational effects and issues. The study participants were six fourth-year students who took Emergency Nursing and practiced critical care nursing. Data were collected through semi-constructed group interviews. A verbatim transcript was prepared from the interview content, and content analysis was conducted. Consequently, we found that the following learning leads to improved ethical sensitivity in care: opportunities for self-assessment, the establishment of knowledge necessary for emergency nursing, recognition of the importance of teamwork, awareness of the importance of assessment, gaining confidence in practicing care, sharing information with ICU nurses, sharing one’s thoughts on learning that deepens the significance of expressing one’s intentions, putting oneself in the subject’s shoes, and improved ethical sensitivity in care. It was suggested that the development of simulations related to nursing practice that promotes early recovery of critically ill patients and the study of simulation methods to improve students’ clinical judgment skills are educational issues. | ||||||||||
