The study participants were six fourth-year students who took Emergency Nursing and practiced critical care nursing. Data were collected through semi-constructed group interviews. A verbatim transcript was prepared from the interview content, and content analysis was conducted. Consequently, we found that the following learning leads to improved ethical sensitivity in care: opportunities for self-assessment, the establishment of knowledge necessary for emergency nursing, recognition of the importance of teamwork, awareness of the importance of assessment, gaining confidence in practicing care, sharing information with ICU nurses, sharing one’s thoughts on learning that deepens the significance of expressing one’s intentions, putting oneself in the subject’s shoes, and improved ethical sensitivity in care.
