| 精神障害があるピアサポーターが活動を継続することは容易ではない．様々なストレスに対応しながら似た課題に苦しむ仲間を支えることは，社会的次元のエンパワメントを実現した当事者にこそ可能と考える．かれらのエンパワメントを支えたソーシャルワーカーによる実践の構造の可視化が本研究の目的である．4名の活動を継続するピアサポーターを，10年以上担当する精神保健福祉分野のソーシャルワーカーに，これまでの支援についてインタビューをおこない，質的データ研究法を用いて分析した．分析の結果，エンパワメントの個人的次元・対人的次元・社会的次元それぞれのストーリーが描かれた．この結果にもとづき，次の3点を考察した．1点目は，3つの次元が個人・対人・社会と いう順序で展開する意義である．2点目は，3つの次元は各々で完結するものではなく，連続性や重複性を持つ関係である．3点目は，次元の進展とともに目標とする自己肯定感と，関係する他者が拡張する様相である．これら3点の特性をもつエンパワメント実践の構造を図に示し可視化した． |

| It is difficult for the people with mental disorders to continue peer support activities. It is possible only for those clients who have achieved social-level of empowerment to support their peers. The purpose of this study was to visualize the structure of social workers’ practice that supported their empowerment. Data were collected form a semi-structured interview with the social worker and were analyzed using qualitative data analysis methods. The investigation demonstrated that social workers’ practice was different in each stage of the empowerment approach. From these results, we made three considerations: first, the stages of empowerment proceed in order, second, there is continuity and overlap in those stages, and third, self-affirmation and stakeholders of clients gradually spread. The structure of empowerment practice with these characteristics was illustrated. | ||||||||
