|
本論文の目的は，2018（平成30）年度から小学校において本格実施された「特別の教科 道徳」における教科書採択について，各自治体の教科書採択の実態に着目して，教科書選択の傾向を具体的に検証することで「特別の教科 道徳」の教科書採択における今後の可能性を示すものである．調査方法は，各県において選定された教科書会社の比較と傾向分析（分類）である．本論文では2点のリサーチクエスチョンを示した．1点目は，現状の小学校「特別の教科 道徳」における教科書採択の実態は， 前回の採択した教科書出版会社を変更するのか否か．2点目は，RQ1で教科書採択の変更を行っている自治体は，道徳の指導について何らかの課題や目的を抱えているか否か．ここでの仮説としては， 自治体として道徳教育に対する何らかの問題点があることから，教科書を変更するに至ったのではないか．これらのリサーチクエスチョンを明らかにすることで，日本全体での小学校における「道徳」の展望を示した．結果，RQ1では，出版会社を変更している自治体があった．RQ2は，各自治体の道徳の問題点や重点的に行いたい指導等を含めて変更を行っていた． |

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the actual conditions and trends in the selection of textbooks by local governments in the“special subject morality”that have been implemented in elementary schools from 2018. Through these verifications, this paper indicates future’s possibility in the selection of textbooks of“special subject morality”. Investigation methods are comparison and trend analysis of a textbook selection company in each prefecture. And then, we present two research questions. The first question is whether or not to change the textbook publication company which was adopted last time in the selection of textbooks in“special subject morality”. The second question is whether the local government which is changing the textbook adoption clarified in RQ1 has any problem or purpose on the guidance of the morality. As a hypothesis, we thought that each local government changed the textbook because there was some expectation to morality. As a result, in RQ1, some local governments changed the textbook publication company. Then, in RQ2, it was clarified that each local government carried out the change of the textbook for problems in“morality”, guidance to be carried out intensively, and other reasons. |
