|
不育症夫婦の夫の流死産時の医療者の支援・社会的支援への思いを明らかにするために，A市の不育症専門外来を受診中の14名の夫にインタビューガイドに基づき半構造化面接を実施し質的記述的に分析を行った．その結果【流死産時の患者・家族の心情に配慮したケアを希望】【胎児への尊厳を保った対応を希望】【医療者各人の誠実な役割遂行を希望】【医療者への妊娠継続のための連携を切望】【不育症治療の拡充を希望】【夫も支援の対象者としての位置づけを希望】【ピアサポートのネットワーク構築を希望】【夫婦の問題であり本当にわからない人は支えにならない】の8カテゴリーが抽出された．夫は胎児への実感を得て父親の自覚をもつため，妊娠中からの胎児との出会いと，流死産時には別れを支える支援が必要である．不育症夫婦における夫は，自分への精神面支援の希望を持っており，医療者が支援内容を具体的に提示することが必要である．さらに，不育症治療とケアの拡充，ピアサポートのネットワークの構築が求められる． |

The aim of this study was to reveal thoughts about the support from medical staff and social support for husbands in couples with recurrent miscarriage during the miscarriage and stillbirth. Semi-structured interviews were conducted based on an interview guide with 14 husbands presently undergoing examination with their wives at a clinic specializing in recurrent miscarriage in City A. The data were qualitatively and descriptively analyzed. The analysis resulted in the extraction of eight categories:“desire for care that considers the feelings of the patient and family at miscarriage”, “desire for treatment that maintains the dignity of the fetus”, “desire for sincere execution of roles by individual medical staff members”, “an eager hope for doctor’s efforts to continue pregnancy”, “desire for expansion of recurrent miscarriage treatment”, “desire for husbands to also be seen as eligible for support”, “desire for the creation of a peer support network”, and “it is a personal problem and support from those who do not truly understand it is not beneficial”. Husbands have genuine feelings toward the fetus and perceive themselves as fathers even before the child is born. They need to be involved during pregnancy and to be supported during miscarriages or stillbirths. Most of the husbands in couples with recurrent miscarriage desire psychiatric support, and it is essential for medical staff provide this support. Finally, husbands seek the continued care and treatment for recurrent miscarriage and the establishment of peer support networks. |
