本研究の目的は，わが国の小児看護領域における病気をもつ子どもの同胞を対象とした国内研究に関する動向を明らかにすることである．医中誌Web（Ver.5）を用いて文献検索をおこない，21件を対象文献とした．対象文献の結果を要約し，類似性，共通性で分類をおこない，テーマを付けた．その結果，《同胞自らの体験》，《家族が抱く同胞への思い》，《医療者による同胞への支援》，の3つのテーマに整理された．同胞に関する研究は，きょうだいの疾患が急性・慢性的な経過をたどるものや，身体・知的障害など様々な疾患に散在していた．そして，同胞の体験は，小児がんのような生命を脅かす疾患と，一生共に生きていく障害とでは異なっており，患児の疾患に合わせた同胞への支援が医療者に求められることが明らかになった．同胞自身を対象とした6件の文献のうち，未成年の子どもを対象とした文献は1件であり，同胞の思いや，同胞自身に起こっている実態は十分明らかになっていない．インフォームド・アセントが倫理指針に記載され，未成年者である子どもに対する研究をおこなう体制が整えられた今，子どもを対象とした調査をおこない，同胞支援を検討する必要性が示唆された． |

This study examines trends of nursing research on siblings of children with illness in the field of pediatrics in Japan. This paper adopted a total of 21 previous studies from Ichushi-Web (Ver. 5). The results of the studies were summarized and classified depending on similarity and commonality as follows: siblings’ own experiences, family thoughts toward siblings, and support to siblings by medical staff. This classification reveals that the focus on children’s illnesses varies from acute or chronic illness to physical or mental impairment in research of siblings. Also, the experiences of siblings are different between life-threatening diseases like childhood cancer and life-long disability, and it showed that medical staff are required to support siblings according to children’s illnesses. Among the 6 studies focusing on the siblings themselves, there is just one study focusing on minors. This means that the thoughts of siblings and the actual conditions of siblings are not clear enough. Since informed assent is described in the ethics guidelines and the research system for minors exists, these findings suggest that it is necessary to continue research on minors and consider providing support for their siblings. |
