| 漏斗胸手術後の離床援助を行うときの看護師の臨床判断を明らかにすることを目的に，患児と看護師を1組とする計6組を対象とし，参加観察と半構成的面接を行い質的帰納的に分析した．その結果，看護師は患児の【体温】【脈拍】【呼吸】【血圧】【酸素飽和度】【睡眠】【食事】【体重】【既往歴】【疼痛】【表情】【言葉数】【多量の発汗】【性格】や【母親の言葉】【看護師の過去の体験】から判断して離床援助を行っていた．看護師は特に疼痛を気に留めながら離床援助を行っていることが示唆された． | ||||||||||

| To clarify the details of nursing judgment to support the rehabilitation of pediatric patients after pectus excavatum repair, we examined 6 patient-nurse pairs through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews, and qualitatively and inductively analyzed the obtained data. The nurses supported rehabilitation based on each patient’s [body temperature], [heart rate], [breathing], [blood pressure], [oxygen saturation level], [sleep], [appetite], [weight], [medical history], [pain], [facial expressions], [statements], [perspiration], [character], and [information from the mother], in addition to their [own experiences]. Among these items, [pain] was especially noted when providing such support. | ||||||||||
