The nurses supported rehabilitation based on each patient’s [body temperature], [heart rate], [breathing], [blood pressure], [oxygen saturation level], [sleep], [appetite], [weight], [medical history], [pain], [facial expressions], [statements], [perspiration], [character], and [information from the mother], in addition to their [own experiences].
