| 本研究では，医療ソーシャルワーカーの職務上における倫理観の構造や葛藤経験等を分析することを目的に質問紙調査を実施した．2017年9月に医療ソーシャルワーカー540人を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施し，本稿では187人を分析対象とした．分析の結果，分析対象者の9割以上が日ごろの職務の中で何らかの葛藤を体験していたことがわかった．また，彼らは，患者・家族だけでなく，他職種との間でもジレンマを抱えており，医療ソーシャルワーカーの調整者としての特性により生じる事象であると推察した．さらに，職業上の倫理観の特徴及び行動の判断基準においては，年代や病院形態による違い，倫理教育経験の有無との関連性が明らかにされた．今後さらに調査対象者数を拡大し，ソーシャルワーク実践現場におけるよりよい職務遂行の在り方について検討したい． | ||||||||||

| The aim of this study is to analyze of ethical dilemmas of medical social workers, and obtain clues to make clear the structure of professional ethics. The survey conducted in the summer of 2017 included ethical dilemmas and ethical perspectives of 540 medical social workers. Results of the statistical analysis from 187 medical social workers showed 90% had experienced conflicts between their personal beliefs and aspects required for their job. In addition, they faced dilemmas not only with patients and their family but also with other professions. These dilemmas were supposed to relate to the role of medical social workers as coordinators of care. The differences of age, hospital types and the experience of ethical training affected to the perspective toward work ethics and evaluation criteria for actions. Therefore, the study demonstrated points of their perspective of views at work and the structure of medical social workers. | ||||||||||
