| 知識基盤社会に求められる汎用性の高い資質・能力を育成するために，授業改善が求められている． 従来の講話中心の授業において，学習者は学びに対して受動的になりがちで，思考力，判断力，表現 力等を育成するには，限界や弊害がある．資質・能力向上のためには，主体的な学びを実現するアク ティブラーニングの導入による学習者を主体とする授業設計が必要である．授業設計においては，ユ ニバーサルデザインの視点を取り入れることで学習の障壁が軽減され，学習は活性化し，すべての学 習者の参加・理解につながることが期待される．そこで，ユニバーサルデザインの視点による授業改 善の取組及びアクティブラーニングを活用した実践研究を概観・整理し，主体的な学びを実現するア クティブラーニングがより有効にはたらくために，学習の障壁をなくす授業環境としてユニバーサル デザインの視点を取り入れることの意義を示した． | ||||||||

| Course improvements are being sought for to nurture the higher versatility and abilities needed in a knowledge- based society. Students have been passive until now in most lecture-centered learning which is limiting and has ill-effects on the effort to foster the ability to think, make decisions and express one’s own opinion. To improve character and abilities, there is a need to have lesson designs that have the learner act on own initiative by introducing active learning. By introducing universal design to lesson design, the obstacles to learning will be alleviated and we can expect learning to be activated, leading to the participation and increased knowledge of students. We reviewed and organized the literature on lesson improvement and active learning from the viewpoint of universal design. In order for active learning to work even more effectively, we pointed out the importance of introducing universal design as the study environment that eliminates obstacles to learning. | ||||||||
