| 経営学における行動科学的意思決定は「経済人」とは異なり,人を意識した理論であり,完璧なものではない.候補者の中から満足度が最も高いものが選ばれるのである.これをモデル化するために言語学の中の最適性理論を利用する.最適性理論は近代言語学において生まれた理論であり,認知心理学を土台とした規則の無い制約だけの理論である.この理論は音韻論から発達し,現在では様々な分野に広がってきている.本来経営学上の意思決定は認知と深い繋がりがあり,最適性理論を用いることによって今までよりもスムーズに出力である最適な候補者を選びだすことが可能となる.同じくモデル化するための最近の理論であるイーブン・スワップ法と比較し,最適性理論の優位性を証明する. | ||||||||

| The theory of decision making in behavioral science is concerned with human beings, but differs from the model of economic man in which man always makes the perfect decision; the most satisfying of the candidates is chosen as the output in the theory. In this paper, I utilize Optimality Theory (OT hereafter), a theory from modern linguistics, to model the decision making process. OT is a theory which was devised in modern linguistics and does not have any rules, but rather utilizes constraints based on cognitive psychology. This theory came from phonology and recently has been spreading to various fields. Decision making in business management fundamentally has a close relationship with cognitive theory, of which I think OT has the potential to be a most effective model. I certify OT's excellence by comparing it with Even Swaps, a new theory which also models decision making. | ||||||||
