| 急性期看護実習で行われるカンファレンスで,テーマ提示の有無により,実習終了後のレポートでの学びの差異を明らかにした.学びの内容を分析した結果,《手術侵襲》《周手術期看護》《疼痛》《看護過程》《看護援助方法》《信頼関係構築》《患者の心理状態への気づきとその援助》《コミュニケーション技術》《観察技術》《継続看護》《家族看護》《看護の役割》《他部門連携》《学習方法》以上の14の学び項目が抽出された.項目別に学びの内容を比較検討した結果,実習に必要な基礎的知識をカンファレンステーマとして提示することの効果は,事前準備学習を強化し,基礎的知識を実践的知識に統合・発展できること.さらに,実践的知識は,看護技術実践へとつながると推察された.効果的なカンファレンスの要素として,テーマ設定は,患者理解につながるテーマ設定が望ましいこと.そして,実習開始後,日が浅い初期の導入段階でのカンファレンステーマの提示は,学生のストレスを軽減するものであると考えられた.さらに,カンファレンステーマが学生の要望にそっていることも学びを広げる要因の1つであることが示唆された. | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to clarify the difference in learning outcome the setting or no setting a conference theme in an adult acute stage of nursing practicum. The result of this study was; the first, to assign a conference theme set in nursing practicum could enhance the prior preparation study and it enable to integrate/ to develop a fundamental knowledge in terms of practical nursing knowledgement. It could also put a practical knowledgement in nursing discipline. The second, the conference theme setting in practicum that leads a patient understanding is an element of the enhancement of the effective students' conference in practicum. | ||||||||
