本研究は,介護保険を利用している在宅高齢者の介護保険サービスに対する利用者評価と生活満足度との関連,さらに家族構成との関連について検討することを目的とした.岡山県倉敷市在宅介護支援センター全25ヶ所に調査を依頼し(895名),協力の得られた65歳以上の325人(有効回答率36.3%)を分析対象とした.調査票は,基本属性と生活満足度および介護保険サービスに対する評価に関連する34項目を用いた.その結果,介護保険サービスに関する「ケアマネジャーからの説明について」,「サービス提供者について」,「ケアプランに関する満足度」,「サービス利用による変化」の4カテゴリー17項目と生活満足度に有意な関連が認められた.また,サービス8項目と家族構成に有意な関連が認められた.これらのことから,介護保険制度およびサービスの情報普及に努めることやケアプラン立案時には利用者自身が参加し,主体性のあるケアプランにしていく必要があることが明らかになった.また家族構成によってサービスの満足度やサービスに対する評価に異なりがあるため,要介護者および介護者へのサービス提供時に家族構成状況を考慮した対応の必要性が示唆された. |

In this study, we investigated the use of services provided by the nursing care insurance system, and evaluated the contents of services affecting the degree of uses satisfaction. We also evaluated the relationship between the contents of services and family structure. We evaluated all 25 nursing care support centers for elderly people at home in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. 325 elderly people agreed to be evaluated for this study. Thirty-four items related to basic attributes and services provided by the nursing care insurance system were asked using a questionnaire. Seventeen items in 4 categories ("explanation by the care manager", "service providers", "satisfaction of the care plan", and "changes by use of services") were significantly correlated with the degree of satisfaction. There were also significant correlation found between 8 items related to services and the family structure. These results indicated that it is desirable that users be well informed about the nursing care insurance system and services, and that individual care plans be made together with users. Since there were correlations between service items and the family structure, it is necessary to take the family structure into consideration when services are provided to care-requiring elderly people and caregivers. |
