| 少子高齢社会の到来と共に, 家族は構造的にも機能的にも大きく変化している.更に家族機能の変化と共に家族関係が変化し介護力は低下している.従って在宅ケアニーズは高まり看護介入の必要性も大きくなってきた.そこで看護者は高齢者とその家族に対して患者や家族が本来もっている機能を引き出し, 高めていくような援助をしていく必要がある.今回, 高齢患者を介護する家族に対して, 家族を構造的に捉えてシステム論的アプローチを行った.患者と介護の主担当者のサブシステムが非機能的な3事例に対してS.ミニューチンが提唱する家族システム理論を応用して継続的にアプローチした結果, それぞれが健全で機能的なサブシステムに変化してきた.このことから, 在宅での家族援助にシステム論を応用したアプローチの可能性が明らかになった. | ||||||||

| With the change to a society with few children and many old people, both the structure and function of the family is going through a great change. With this change in the family's function, the family's ability to take care of its ill or weak members is decreasing. As a result, the need for home caring and nursing has greatly more visiting nursing services increased, More help from outside the home is needed for old people and their families. So in nursing it is necessary to help the family to develop and regain its original function of caring for its members. This time, we studied families that are taking care of old people, looking at the family structurally according to the system-theory approach. We applied, over a period of time, S.Minuchin's family- system theory to three non-functional case of the sub-system of patient and main care-giver and in each case the sub-system changed for the better healthy functional one. From this it became clear that it is possible to apply the system-theory approach to care- giving in the home. | ||||||||
