| 嚥下における頭部回旋の効果について, 3症例を通して検討した.3例全員が, 脳血管障害による嚥下障害であった.MRIにより, 1例は片側性延髄病巣, 2例は延髄と大脳皮質の多発性病巣が確認された.3例全員に頭部回旋による嚥下訓練を行った.その結果, 全員に頭部回旋の有効性が認められた.最も有効であったのは片側性病巣の症例であった.頭部回旋は, 一側の梨状陥凹障害が認められる症例には, 有効な代償法であることが示唆された. | ||||||||

| The effect of head rotation on swallowing was investigated in three cases of dysphagia. All of three cases had dysphagia due to cerebrovascular disorders. Magnetic resonance imaging showed the unilateral lesion of medulla oblongata in a case of them, and the multiple lesions of medulla oblongata and cerebral cortex in the others. All of them swallowed foods with their heads rotated in swallowing training.These results showed the effect of head rotation in all of three cases, especially in the case of the unilateral lesion. Head rotation has been indicated to be a very effective compensation method in a case with lateral disfunction of pyriform sinus. | ||||||||
