All of three cases had dysphagia due to cerebrovascular disorders. Magnetic resonance imaging showed the unilateral lesion of medulla oblongata in a case of them, and the multiple lesions of medulla oblongata and cerebral cortex in the others. All of them swallowed foods with their heads rotated in swallowing training.These results showed the effect of head rotation in all of three cases, especially in the case of the unilateral lesion.
