| 科学技術の発展とともに医療における倫理教育の必要性が増してきている.専門的な医療活動の基礎となる職業意識や視点の形成は重要だが, 倫理教育の取り組みの報告はまだ少ない.そこで, 看護学生と医学生のクラスで倫理的問題状況を含む事例検討を行い, 意識の違いについて検討した.事例は病状を知らされていない悪性腫瘍患者への病状説明で, 「インフォームド・コンセント」, 「医師一看護者の共同」の2つのテーマを含んだ事例を用いた.事例の問題状況と関連した受け持ち看護婦の心理状態の考察では, 問題状況の捉え方として, 看護学生は「患者の状況・背景の理解」, 医学生は「看護職の責任・自負」の回答が最も多く, 医学生では「医師とのコミュニケーション不足」の回答がみられた.病状を知らされていない患者から質問を受けて悩んでいる看護婦の対応では, 看護者の介入を肯定する回答が両学部学生ともに半数以上であり, その理由として「医療チームとしての連携が大切」と回答していたが, 医学生では「問題状況において, 医師一患者一家族間への看護者の調整・介入が望ましい」と回答したのに対して, 看護学生では「患者が医師へ聞く前に看護婦が相談役や代弁役になる」が相当数みられた.同じ事例の問題状況に対する共通点もあるが異なった視点と役割をふまえた回答からは, それぞれの専門職業意識が各学部の教育に反映され形成されてきていることが窺えた. | ||||||||

| Although there is an increasing need to educate medical staff on ethical codes of practice, there are few reports which deal with ethics education. A survey was conducted among nursing and medical students on their awareness of ethical codes of practice. A case was presented where a patient, after surgery for a malignant tumor, asked a nurse about her medical condition. The nurse was unable to give her the information, but later consulted with the doctor, at the same time the nurse stated that the patient had the right to know the truth. The doctor did not agree. The two groups of students were asked to evaluate the nurse's opinion. Both groups of students responded that "collaboration within the medical team is important." However, the medical students responded that "it is desirable for the nurse to confer with the doctor, the patient, and her family" while a majority of the nursing students responded that "the nurse should consult with and dvocate for the patient before the patient consult the doctor." Although some responses were similar between the two groups, the responses where they disagreed clearly reflected the differences in their educational orientations. | ||||||||
