| 向精神薬のめざましい進歩は精神障害の治療に偉大な貢献をしてきたが, 一方では患者への心理療法的アプローチを軽んじる傾向を産んだようにも思われる.特に初発の患者への心理療法がほとんどなされていないことは問題である。以上の考察から, 筆者は精神病を含む患者に心理療法をおこなった経験を報告するとともに, 心理療法の効果について考察する。要約すればセラピストと患者の長期間にわたる共感的ふれあいから両者の問に深いラポールが生じるのである.このことは分裂病者でも珍しくない.このアプローチに最も適するのは臨床心理士だと筆者は思う。その理由についても考察している.そして臨床心理士を育成するためのひとつの提案をおこなう。 | ||||||||

| Remarkable progress in trangilizers has brought about a great advance in cures of mental disorders. But, the other hand, this has caused a tendency to look down psychotherapeutic approach to mental patients. Especially, a lack of any psychotherapy for patients who have first attacks of mental disorders is an important problem. Based on the above thought, I report some of my psychotherapeutic experiences concerned with patients, including psychoses. At the same time I consider some effects of psychotherapy. To sum up my consideration, a sympathetic interaction between a therapist and a patient for a long time produces a deep rapport between them. This is almost the same even if the patient is a schizophrenic. For the sake of this approach, I think clinical psychologists are the most suitable. I consider this reason, too, in this paper. And I make a proposal to support clinical psychologists. | ||||||||
