| 本研究は, 長期間健康教育を受けている五色町住民の生活習慣を調査し, それらと健康教育との関係を検討することを目的とした.五色町においては, 保健センターが健康教育の体系を確立しており, 特に栄養教育に関するものが中心である.これにより, いずれの年代においても食事習慣が他の地域より良好である.更に50歳代においては, 運動・食事・睡眠の習慣も他の地域よりよい.噛これは, 長期間の健康教育の効果の現れと考えられる. | ||||||||||

| The purposes of this study were to research the life habits of the residents that have received health education for a long time in Goshiki village and to examine the relation-ship between their life habits and the health education. Goshiki Health and Welfare Center has established the system of the health education, especially the nutrition education in Goshiki. Under the influence of the above, the eating habits of the residents in every age were better than those of the residents in other areas. At age fifty, furthermore, the exercising, eating and sleeping habits of Goshiki residents were better then others. We recognized that the long-time health education influenced them positively. | ||||||||||
