| 本研究は,近年の社会福祉の動向を踏まえながら,その点に対する考察を深め,今後の社会福祉に関する理論の新たな展開に向け,焦点化すべき視点を明らかにすると同時に,その視点がもつ理論的な課題を示すことが目的である.近年の動向は,(1)個人から家族,そしてコミュニティまで含めた,それぞれの連続性のある関連性を視野に入れた支援が求められているということ,(2)地域を基盤としたサービスの展開は施設サービスとの有機的な組み合わせが必要不可欠であるということ,(3)互いに「違う」ということを乗り越えた発展的なソーシャル・インクルージョンの視点が求められているということの3点に整理され,それらの動向を貫く論理として,"相補性"の原理が求められていることが考察された.この"相補性"の原理は,近年の社会福祉における地域福祉の潮流と無関係ではなく,むしろNPOや社会的企業まで含めた地域福祉のもつ開発的かつ発展的な側面とリンクするものと考えられた.また,これまでの理論的な取り組みから岡村理論への焦点化の必要性,そこからの生成的な理論の体系化が課題となっており,相補性はその生成的な側面の原理として位置づけられることが示唆された."相補性"の原理は社会福祉の問題を分析する視点のみならず,実践や制度を展開する共通の原理にもなりうる.この原理への検討を深めていくために,ここでは2点の課題として,(1)近代社会形成の中で構築されてきた人間観の再検討,(2)社会と科学との歴史的な経緯を踏まえた社会福祉学としての位置づけに関する問題への検討の必要性が考察された.今後,これらの課題への考察を深めていくことによって,"相補性"の原理に沿った新たな社会福祉の理論の展開が拓かれてくると考えられるのである. | ||||||||

| The aim of this work is to clarify perspectives for new developments in the theory of social welfare, and to think about new trends in social welfare. The following three points are analyzed as trends in social welfare, and it is clear that "improving each other" is the logic of this: 1.It is necessary for social work practice to focus on the sequences of the individual, family and community. 2.It is necessary for community social service to put together social services in facilities organically. 3.It is necessary to demand a developing perspective of social inclusion which overcomes the differences between one another. The principle of "improving each other" is related to community social welfare, which is a current trend in social welfare and is connected to developing and growing non-profit organizations and social organization development. Moreover, it is clear that this creation is the subject of new developments in social welfare focusing on the Okamura theory and it is suggested that "improving each other" is the principle for this. The principle of "improving each other" is not only analysis perspective for social welfare problems but also direction for practice and institutions. To consider the principle, the following two subjects are considered: 1.Reconsideration for a view of humans that had been formed in the modern society. 2.Examination for science of social welfare from the historical relationship between society and science. Considering these subjects, it is possible to consider the new development on theories of social welfare based on "improving each other". | ||||||||
