| 本研究の目的は,ハンセン病当事者のライフストーリーからの学びを通して,当事者基盤に立ったソーシャルワーク援助の在り方について考察することである.筆者は2008年より,7名の当事者に対して,アトキンソンの「ライフストーリー・インタビューのガイドライン」,さらに桜井のライフストーリー・インタビューの「書き起こしと解釈・分析の手順」に準拠し聞き取り調査をおこなった.結果7名のライフストーリーのすべてにおいて,(1)健康自尊意識(HE)の境地,(2)「マスター・ナラティヴ」「モデルストーリー」「ニューストーリー」のダイナミクス,(3)各ストーリーの移行に際し,転機とみられるエピファニー体験,(4)健康自尊意識(HE)の要因として「ストレングス要因」「当事者文化の要因」が認められた.本稿ではその代表例としてFさんのライフストーリーをとりあげ,その考察から,「ポストモダニズム」,「社会構築主義」,「文化的コンピテンス」及び「ストレングス」視点にもとづいたソーシャルワーク援助の試論について提起する. | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to examine social work practice through the life story of a person with Hansen's Disease. The author conducted life story interviews with seven persons with Hansen's Disease over a number of years. The results showed four conditions: ((1)arriving at a state of self-health esteem, (2)passing through dynamics of "master narrative," "model story," and "new story," (3)having a turning point (an epiphany experience), and (4)recognizing two factors of "strength" and "culture" for health esteem). The author took subject F from the seven samples to depict the conditions found above. From a social constructivism theory, the author raises a discussion on the state of social work practice. Finally, the author suggests implications for social work practice. | ||||||||
