我々は,診療情報管理士の資格取得を支援するため,現状の資格対策おび教材の問題点を把握し,新たな支援を検討することで,資格取得を希望する学生に対し,実力向上につながる指標の明示と,学習支援の充実を目的に研究を行った.まず,問題点を把握するため,認定試験を受験した学生44名に対してアンケート調査を実施した.その結果,3分野の中で基礎が最も難しく,問題集が役立たないと回答した割合が多かった.そこで,基礎の問題集の出題形式を分析した.その結果,認定試験の出題形式が五肢択一形式に対し,問題集では穴埋め形式の問題が最も多かった.このことから,問題集を中心とした試験対策では不十分であることが分かった.以上の結果をもとに,新たな支援としてテスト(演習問題)を利用した学習支援システム(基礎)を開発した.システムは,演習問題作成支援システム,演習問題評価システム,演習問題トレーニングシステムから成る.作成支援システムでは,症例データベースを様々な角度から検索することで,疾病の関連性を把握しながら本試験の出題傾向と同様の演習問題が効率よく作問でき,作問した項目をWord形式やトレーニングシステムにインポートが可能なXML形式に変換することも可能となった.評価システムでは,作問した演習問題を正答率,識別指数,自信度等により評価することで,質の高い演習問題を蓄積可能となった.トレーニングシステムでは,学生がWeb上でいつでも繰り返し演習問題が解答できるなど,継続可能な学習環境の提供ができた.開発した学習支援システムを用いることにより,質の高い演習問題の作成や,学生のトレーニング環境の整備が容易に行えるようになり,学生の実力向上につながったと考える. |

We have developed a system to support a student who wishes to be Health Information Manager (HIM) as a career. The qualifying examination of HIM is composed of "Medicine", "Health Information Management" and "Classification of Diseases." Questionnaires were distributed to 44 students who had undergone the qualifying examination. As a result, it was found that "Medicine"among the three subject areas was the most difficult and the exercise book was not very useful. Questions in the exercise book are of the fill-in-the-blank type, but the questions of the qualifying examination are of the multiple-choice type (selecting a single answer from five choices). To assist students preparing for the qualifying examination, we have developed a learning support system. The system is composed of three sub-systems that a) support creation of sample questions based on keywords retrieval from a database of cases; b) support evaluation of the sample questions based on the percentage of questions answered correctly, discrimination index, and degree of self-confidence; and c) support students to do practice tests on a web-based sub-system. The system is useful for preparing sample questions of quality, and for improving the achievement of students. |
