本研究の目的は,PDD児をスクリーニングする社会性発達の評価に関する質問項目に修正を加え,養育者評価と保健師評価を比較し,スクリーニングが可能な項目あるいは困難な項目を明らかにすることである.分析の結果,14の下位項目のなかの5項目で, 養育者の評価と保健師の評価の間に有意な得点差は認められなかった.一方,9項目については,全ての項目で養育者の方が保健師よりも子どもの社会性を高く評価していることが明らかとなった.以上のことから修正された質問項目は,PDD児を社会性の発達からスクリーニングする項目となる可能性が示唆された. |

The purpose of this study was to explain whether the revised items can be identified in screening toddlers with PDD.The statistical analyses yielded two main findings. Firstly, five of the 14 items did not significantly indicate the different scores given by mothers and by public health nurses. Secondly, the scores given by mothers were significantly higher than those given by the public health nurses in 9 out of the 14 items.These results suggest that the revised items will be useful as screening items to approach the social developmental assessment of toddlers with PDD. |
