| 現在,自閉症者への支援としてTEACCHプログラムにおける構造化のアイデアが評価されており,我が国においても取り組む支援者が増加している.しかし,途中でその実践を断念してしまうものの存在が指摘されていた.そこで,本研究では構造化のアイデアを取り入れた支援に継続的に取り組んでいる支援者を対象に,その継続の要因を検討するためインタビュー調査を実施した. インタビュー調査の結果,専門家からの指導の機会と自閉症者支援の指針に立ち返る学びの場の重要性が示唆された. | ||||||||||

| This study's purpose was to identify factors that supporters use in helping those with autism. What were the factors that enabled them to continue adopting structured teaching in their place of work? Three supporters were interviewed. The process of maintaining a structured teaching environment in their place of work and the factors which influenced it were discussed. These factors included the supporters' experience, the effectiveness in structured teaching and the supporters' consciousness and motivation and understanding of structured teaching. Moreover, it can be suggested that skilled professionals and specialized agencies are in need of such support staff. | ||||||||||
