|
回復期リハビリテーションにおいて，患者の積極的なリハビリテーションへの参加が重要であり，そのためにはリハビリテーションへと向かう動機づけを促す必要がある．本研究の目的は，回復期リハビリテーションにおける患者の肯定的結果予期に着目して，動機づけを向上させるための映像を開発し，その妥当性を検討することであった．対象は回復期リハビリテーションでの職務経験豊富な理学療法士，作業療法士，言語聴覚士10名であった．研究者間でブレインストーミングを行いながら作成した映像の絵コンテを作成し，肯定的結果予期に影響を与えるであろう内容が絵コンテ内に含まれているかどうかをコンセンサスメソッドのデルファイ法を用いて検討した．検討を繰り返した結果，仮定した全ての内容で対象者の同意が得られ，回復期リハビリテーションにおける患者の動機づけ向上のための映像が作成された．本研究で作成した映像は高い妥当性を有し，リハビリテーション場面で簡便にかつ有効に活用できるものである．本映像を使用することで患者の積極的なリハビリテーション参加を促すことが可能となり，リハビリテーションの帰結に良い影響をもたらすものとなると考える． |

In convalescent rehabilitation, active participation of patients in rehabilitation is important, and motivation toward rehabilitation should be considered for this purpose. The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a video to improve motivation by focusing on patients’ positive outcome expectations during convalescent rehabilitation. The subjects were 10 physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists with extensive work experience in convalescent rehabilitation. The Delphi method, a consensus method, was used to examine whether the storyboards contained content that would influence the expectation of positive outcomes. As a result of repeated examinations, the subject’s consent was obtained for all of the hypothesized contents, and a video was created to improve the patient’s motivation in convalescent rehabilitation. The video created in this study has high validity and can be used effectively and intuitively in rehabilitation situations. We believe that the use of this video will encourage patients to actively participate in rehabilitation and will have a positive impact on the outcome of rehabilitation. |
