| コロナ禍における妊婦のパートナーの親準備性の現状を明らかにし，今後の課題を検討することを目的とした．妊婦のパートナー50名を対象に質問紙調査を行い，調査期間は2021年9月～2023年2月であった．結果，1）対象者の親準備性構成要素の総得点の平均点は3.32±0.38であった．2）コロナ禍での妊娠・出産の不安の強さと親準備性構成要素の【世代の継承】因子に有意差が認められた（p<0.05）．3）コロナ禍での妊娠・出産の不安は，経産婦のパートナーが，初産婦のパートナーより有意に強いことが認められた（p<0.05）．コロナ禍での妊娠・出産の不安は，パートナー自身の子孫を残すという気持ちに影響を及ぼしていた．また，初産婦より経産婦のパートナーがより強い不安を感じていることが示唆された．一般的には，育児経験のない初産婦のパートナーへ関心の目を向けやすいが，育児経験がある経産婦のパートナーは，過去の体験から今後の子育てへの困難を想起し，より不安に捉える傾向があることも視野にいれ，それに見合う支援を提供する必要がある． | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to clarify the current state of parental readiness of pregnant women’s partners in during COVID-19 pandemic and to consider future issues. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 50 partners of pregnant women, and the survey period was from September 2021 to February 2023. The results were as follows: 1) The average total score of the parent readiness component of the subjects was 3.32±0.38. 2) There was a significant difference in the intensity of anxiety about pregnancy and childbirth due to COVID-19 and the [generational succession] factor of parental readiness (p<0.05). 3) Anxiety about pregnancy and childbirth due to COVID-19 was found to be significantly stronger in multiparous partners than in primiparous partners (p<0.05). Anxiety about pregnancy and childbirth due to the corona crisis affected her partner’s feelings about having offspring. In addition, it was suggested that multiparous partners felt more anxiety than primiparous women. In general, it is easier to focus attention on partners of first-time mothers who have no child-rearing experience, but partners of multiparous women who have child-rearing experience tend to recall the difficulties of child-rearing in the future from their past experiences and tends to be more anxious. It is necessary to take into account the fact that there is a problem, and to provide appropriate support. | ||||||||||
