言語聴覚士養成課程の4年次生30名を対象に，国家試験のおよそ1カ月前から2週間前にかけての精神的健康，パーソナリティの傾向，1～3年次の GPA および全60科目の累積 GPA，国家試験の出題形式に則った模擬試験の成績を調査し，国家試験の得点との関連について調べた．結果として，対象者の精神的健康とパーソナリティの傾向は一般大学生と大きく変わらず，それらと国家試験の得点との間に有意な相関も認めなかった．GPA においても，1～3年次の GPA および全60科目の累積 GPA についても，いずれも国家試験の点数との有意な相関は認められなかった．一方で，全6回の模擬試験の得点はすべてに国家試験の点数との有意な正の相関を認めた．これらより，国家試験の得点に最も関連するのは模擬試験の得点であることが示された．4年生の4月時点の模擬試験においても有意な相関を認めたことから，早期より模擬試験を実施することで，国家試験対策に困難を示す学生を抽出できる可能性が示唆された． |

To determine the relationship between speech-language-hearing therapist training program factors and scores on the national health examinations, the mental health and personality traits, GPA from the first to third year, cumulative GPA in all 60 courses, and performance on mock examinations following the format of the national examinations were examined in 30 fourth-year students in such a program approximately one month to two weeks before the national examinations. The results showed that the participants’ mental health and personality traits were not significantly different from those of general university students, and there was no significant correlation between these traits and scores on the national examinations. Neither the GPA for the first three years nor the cumulative GPA for all 60 courses showed a significant correlation with the scores of the national examinations. In contrast, the scores of all six mock examinations showed a significant positive correlation with the scores of the national examinations. These results indicate that scores on the mock examinations are the most highly related factor to
scores on the national examinations. A significant correlation was also observed in the April mock examinations for fourth-year students, suggesting that a mock examination could be used to identify students who show difficulties in preparing for the national examinations by administering the test early. |
