保育所においても各種の自然災害に備えて事業継続計画（Business Continuity Plan，以下 BCP）を策定する必要がある．実効的な BCP の構成は優先業務の選定を基礎にするといえる．本研究の目的は豪雨災害時における保育所の BCP 策定のための要点となる優先業務の選定について検討し，その一案を提示することであった．優先業務の選定のために保育業務の対象となる子どもの活動を取り上げて区分した．その上で平成30年7月豪雨に関する資料をもとに発災後1週間後から1か月，2か月から4か月，そして5か月以降の各時期における優先業務を選定した．本研究の成果は保育所の特徴および実際の被災状況に合わせた援用が望まれる. |

Nursery schools need to develop a business continuity plan (BCP) to prepare for various types of natural disasters. The selection of priority operations is the basis for the composition of an effective BCP. This study aimed to propose priority operations for a BCP in nursery schools in the event of heavy rain disasters. The study examined the activities of children in childcare operations to determine priority operations for different periods after the disaster. The study recommends adapting the results to the unique characteristics of each nursery school and the actual disaster situation. |
