| 介護支援専門員は，地域で暮らす要介護高齢者を対象とした居宅介護支援において，ケアマネジメントの目的にあるQuality of Life（QOL）の向上を意識し支援している．このQOL を構成する要素に，スピリチュアリティがあり，この側面に考慮したケアプランが作成される必要がある．高齢者のスピリチュアリティに関する先行研究から，居宅サービス計画に組み入れる高齢者のスピリチュアリティは，日常でのスピリチュアルな体験（Daily Spiritual Experiences：DSE）であった．すなわち，これらスピリチュアリティの内容は，自己・他者（友人，親戚，家族等）・自然・超越なるもの（神や仏・先祖・子孫等）との関係性とつながり感，宗教的な習慣・慣習，存在の根拠（よりどころ），意味探究，価値・信念・希望，死生観等を含むものであった．スピリチュアリティを組み入れた居宅サービス計画作成に向けては，介護支援専門員がもつスピリチュアリティへの意識の醸養，主観的な特徴や達成度を評価すること，存在論的思考によるケアプランの作成に向けた課題がある． | ||||||||

| Care Manger are aware of the improvement of Quality of Life (QOL) which is the purpose of care management, and support in-home care support for elderly people requiring nursing care living in the community. Spirituality is one of the elements that make up this QOL, and it is necessary to create a care plan that considers this aspect. From the previous research on the spirituality of the elderly, the spirituality of the elderly to be incorporated into the home service plan was the Daily Spiritual Experiences (DSE). In other words, the content of these spiritualities includes relationships and senses of connection with self, others (friends, relatives, family, etc.), nature and transcendental things (Gods, Buddhas, ancestors, descendants, etc.), religious customs, etc. It included customs, grounds for existence, search for meaning, values, beliefs, hopes, and views on life and death. In order to create an in-home service plan that incorporates spirituality, there are issues to be addressed, such as fostering awareness of spirituality in care managers, evaluating subjective characteristics and achievement levels, and formulating care plans based on ontological thinking. | ||||||||
