| 2020年度，新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）拡大の影響により臨地実習が困難となった．そのため，模擬患者に訪問看護を提供するシミュレーション実習を主体とした学内実習プログラムを組み立て，2021年度はオンライン実習への展開を進め，在宅看護学の学習環境を整備，実施した．今回，その経験を通して，臨地実習を補完するInformation and Communication Technology（ICT）を活用した看護基礎教育における実習コンテンツとその構成の工夫について検討した結果を報告する．ICT を活用した在宅看護学実習では，地域で療養生活を送る人々とその家族の生活を支える看護について理解するために，よりリアルに生活を感じ取ることが重要である．実習コンテンツ作成に際し工夫に必要な要素は，訪問看護ステーションを利用している療養者とその家族の状況のみならず，訪問看護ステーションと関係する利用者や教育機関との関係性，また撮影・配信技術，機材や人材と時間である．プログラム構成の工夫に必要な要素は，幹となる看護過程の展開に加え，地域の視点と在宅看護技術，丁寧な実践の振り返りの仕組み，グループダイナミクスを活用した学びの共有が考えられた．今後も在宅看護学実習を取り巻く環境の変化，特に臨地実習が制限される状況においては，効果的な実習コンテンツの作成とその学びをより増幅させるプログラム構成の工夫により，臨地実習を補完する学習環境を整備していくことが必要である． | ||||||||||

| In 2020 and 2021, practical training in home care nursing was difficult due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). Therefore, we implemented an ICT-based simulation practice and an online practice. In this paper, we report the results of our study on the content and structure of the practical training. A necessary element for the creation of practical training content was a good rela-tionship between the parties involved and the educational institution. Filming and distribution tech-niques, equipment, human resources and time were also necessary. A necessary element for the pro-gram structure was the development of the nursing process. In addition, it was also important to have a community perspective, home care nursing skills and a system of careful practice reflection. The use of group dynamics was also considered key. In the future, as the environment surrounding home care nursing changes, especially in situations where practical training is restricted, it is necessary to de-velop learning environments that utilize ICT and complement practical training. In doing so, it is important to create content that enhances the learning effects of practical training and devise a pro-gram structure that amplifies student learning. | ||||||||||
