A 大学における2021年度の公衆衛生看護学実習は，全国同様COVID-19の影響を受け実習施設の受入れ状況が異なり学生の実習体験はばらつきが見られた．本研究は，A 大学における2021年度の公衆衛生看護学実習の評価とコロナ禍において実施した学内実習効果を実習体験と学習到達度から検討することを目的とした．調査は2021年度に公衆衛生看護学実習を行ったA 大学4年次生19人に無記名自記式質問紙調査を行い，実習体験と学習到達度を学内実習体験も含めて尋ねた．分析は，A 大学の2015年度から2017年度の実習評価を行った先行研究との比較と，学内実習期間を2週間未満と2週間の2群に分けて実習体験と学習到達度割合の差をみた．実習体験は，家庭訪問，健康診査等において主体的な体験割合が先行研究より低く，結核，感染症，難病の家庭訪問や主体的な継続訪問は全員が未体験であった．学習到達度は，「活動を展開する」は低かったが，「健康危機発生後からの回復期に対応する」や「保健師としての責任を果たす」は高く，「継続的に学ぶ」は先行研究と比較し，大きく高かった．学内実習期間による2群の比較では，有意な差が見られた項目は，学内実習期間が長い学生のほうが体験割合や学習到達度が高く，学内実習は強化したいことを意図的，計画的に実施できることが強みと考察された．実習では，主体的な体験の強化と，学内実習や演習を体系的に連動させることが有効と考える． |

The purpose of this study was to evaluate public health nursing practical training at University A, and to examine the effect of alternative practical training under COVID-19. We conducted an anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey that involved 19 fourth-year students who received public health nursing practical training in 2021. They were asked about their training experience and learning achievement including alternative practical training experience. We found that even under COVID-19, it was possible to maintain the same level of practical training experience as usual. This was considered to be the result of the training facility devising the experience content, and the effect of alternative training. Furthermore, it suggested that alternative practical training can be carried out systematically. Systematizing public health nursing practical training and incorporating alternative training may be effective. |
