| 本研究の目的は，我が国の重症心身障害児（者）（重症児（者））看護における看護師の教育・研修の実態を明らかにし，看護師が自己肯定感をもって生き生きと働ける教育・研修について検討する資料とすることである．医中誌Web 版（Ver.5）を用いて文献検索を行い，11件を対象文献とした．対象文献を教育・研修の内容を視点として整理した．その結果，《人材確保・人材育成と看護師の研修ニーズ》，《教育システム導入の効果と課題》，《新人看護師教育》，《訪問看護師教育・研修》の4つに整理された．さらに，｢教育・研修による看護師の態度の変容｣に着目し，その内容の抽出を試みたが，教育・研修による看護師自身の思いや態度の変容を明らかにした文献は2件のみであった．今後は，重症児（者）看護において，近年の看護教育を受けた看護師が，自己肯定感をもって生き生きと働ける教育・研修体制構築のために，看護師を対象とした調査を行う必要性が示唆された． | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to clarify the actual conditions of education and training of nurses in nursing care for people with severe motor and intellectual disabilities (SMID) in Japan, and to examine education and training that nurses can work energetically with a sense of self-affirmation. This paper adopted 11 previous studies from Ichushi_Web (Ver.5). The target literature was organized from the viewpoint of the contents of education and training. As a result, it was organized into four categories of “human resource acquisition and development and training needs of nurses”,“ effects and issues of introducing an education system”, education for new nurses, and“ education and training for visiting nurses”. In addition, we focused on“ change of attitude of nurses due to education and training”, and tried to extract the contents, but there were only two documents that clarified the change of nurses’ own thoughts and attitudes due to education and training. In the future, it is necessary to conduct a survey of nurses in order to construct an education and training system in which nurses who have received nursing education in recent years can work energetically with a sense of self-affirmation in nursing care for people with severe motor and intellectual disabilities. | ||||||||||
