本研究は，就学前の医療的ケア児を対象に，彼らの疾患や医療的ケアに関する文献調査を行い，保育施設における医療的ケアや，ケアに関わるスタッフ，さらには，その施設での保育の状況について検討することを目的とした．「医療的ケア」かつ「保育」をキーワードとして，過去5年間の研究を「医中誌Web（文献データベース）」で検索した．結果的に6件の文献を選び，本研究の分析対象とした．6件の文献より，看護師の配置や保育士の心理的サポートなどが不十分であることが明らかになった．医療的ケア児の保育においては，子どもの心身の発達を促すだけでなく，医療の知識の習得が求められている．同時に，それらスタッフが保護者支援を含めた保育について理解することも必要である．今後，医療的ケア児が安心して過ごせる保育環境の構築，および，そのための支援のあり方を検討していくことが望まれる． |

The purpose of this study was to conduct a literature review on medical care for preschool children and their illnesses and medical care, and to examine medical care in child care facilities, the staff involved in their care, and the conditions of care in those facilities. Using the keywords“ medical care” and“ nursing,” Ichushi-Web (a bibliographic database in Japanese), we searched for papers published over the past five years. As a result, six references were selected for analysis in this study. Six references revealed inadequate nurse staffing and psychological support for child care workers. In the nursing of children with medical care, it is required for these staff members not only to promote the children’s physical and mental development, but also to acquire medical knowledge. At the same time, it is necessary for them to understand nursing, including supporting parents. In the future, it is desirable to consider the construction of a childcare environment in which children with medical care can feel at ease, and how to support child care workers for this purpose. |
