| 糖尿病患者を対象とした「解決志向アプローチ」（Solution Focused Approach）（以下，SFA）を用いた面接の効果の構造を明らかにすることを目的に，SFA 面接の実施経験のある看護職5名に，SFA 面接の効果について半構成面接を実施した．結果は質的統合法を用いて整理し，全体で7つのシンボルマークを抽出した．SFA面接を実施する前の面接について【, 看護面接の拡大：面接のきっかけ，時間，場所，部署間，職種間の調整】【患者・主治医間の支援：主治医に患者が言えない状況の整理】【以前の面接状況：面接姿勢と結果】など努力していることが語られた．SFA 面接体験後には,【SFA面接の姿勢：患者自らが解決できる方向付けの支援】【SFA 面接の効果：リラックス効果がもたらす自主的な療養行動の継続】【SFA 面接の実用的側面：時間の短縮化】など患者と面接者の双方がリラックスしていることを実感していた．このリラックスできる関係構築が患者の行動変容を促している可能性が示唆された． | ||||||||||

| In order to clarify what constitutes the effects of interviews with diabetic patients using the Solution Focused Approach (SFA), semi-structured interviews were conducted with five nursing professionals who had practical experience of conducting SFA interviews. The results were organized using the qualitative synthesis method, and seven symbols were identified overall. The nursing professionals outlined the efforts they made regarding the interviews conducted prior to SFA interviews. These included the [expansion of nursing interviews: trigger for the interview, time, place, coordination between departments and occupations], [support between the patient and attending physician: organization of situations in which the patient cannot tell the attending physician about their problem], and the [previous interview situation: attitude to the interview and results]. After the SFA interview, both the patient and interviewer felt relaxed, which was indicated by the [attitude to the SFA interview: support for the patient in assisting them to solve problems by themselves], the [effect of the SFA interview: continuation of independent treatment behavior engendered by the relaxing effect], and the [practical aspect of the SFA interview: time saving]. It was suggested that a relaxed relationship may have encouraged the patients to change their behavior. | ||||||||||
