| 本研究は，ソーシャルワークにおけるミクロ・メゾ・マクロレベルの連動性に着目し，その研究の動向を整理すると共に，ソーシャルワークが働きかけるシステムの変革を説明する上で必要となる理論的枠組みを検討することによって，以下の点を明らかにした．第一に，個別支援と地域支援を一体的に展開することを目指すコミュニティソーシャルワークや地域を基盤としたソーシャルワークの検討から，ソーシャルワークがミクロ・メゾ・マクロレベルの連動性に基づくという共通基盤を持つこと，また，それがジェネラリスト・ソーシャルワークの視座と，地域福祉の推進という展開とも結びつくことが示唆された．第二に，ソーシャルワークにおけるミクロからマクロレベルの実践は単に連動するだけでなく，流動的かつ同時的に展開され，さらにその展開にあたっては，メゾレベルでの実践が基盤となってくることが明らかとなった．第三に，ソーシャルワークは生活システムにおいて，ミクロからマクロレベルでの実践を展開してその生活システムの変革を目指すが，その時に必要となる枠組みとして，複雑系の科学に基づいた，システムのゆらぎの増幅に基づいた変革が位置づけられることが導かれた．そして第四に，ソーシャルワークが重視するエンパワメントの先行研究から，生活システムの変化を促進する源となるのがストレングス視点であることが明らかとなった．ソーシャルワークが働きかけるシステムのゆらぎの創出と増幅において，ストレングス視点が重要な役割を果たすことが理論的に示唆された．これにより，システムの変革を前提とするソーシャルワークの理論的枠組みの試論を展開することができ，今後の実証的研究の基盤が構築された． | ||||||||

| This study focused on the micro-mezzo and macro-level linkage in social work, and clarified the following points by organizing research trends and examining the theoretical framework necessary to explain the systemic change that social work works for. We clarified the following points. First, from an examination of community social work and community-based social work that aims to develop individual and community support in an integrated manner, it is clear that social work has a common foundation that it is based on linkages at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels, and that this is the basis for the development of generalist social work. Second, we clarified that a function of mezzo level was important in the systematic change. Third, social work aims to transform living systems by developing micro- to macro-level practices in living systems, and the necessary framework for such transformation is based on the amplification of fluctuations in the system based on the science of complex systems. Fourth, previous research on empowerment, which social work emphasizes, revealed that the strength perspective is the source that facilitates change in living systems. Theory suggests that the strengths perspective plays an important role in the creation and amplification of systemic fluctuations that social work works with, and has laid the foundation for future empirical research. | ||||||||
