大学新卒看護職の高い離職率の背景には，医療職者としての基礎的能力のみならず，社会人基礎力が主因となっている．A 大学看護系学科の新入生と卒業生の社会人基礎力に関する現状評価を行い， 教育的課題を抽出することを研究目的とした．4年生124名，1年生129名に対し，2021年3月および2021年5月に社会人基礎力について調査した．1年生66名（回収率51.2%），4年生52名（回収率41.9%）分の有効回答票が得られた（有効回答率92.0％）．量的データは Mann Whitney のU検定を用いて学年間比較を行い，自由記述データは質的帰納的に分析した．その結果，社会人基礎力構成要素のうち， アクションとシンキングに有意差はなく，チームワークのみ有意差（p<.04，r=.39）が認められた．また，1年生および4年生ともに大学の教育理念に対して社会人基礎力の12要素すべてと関連した思いを有していた．入学時からの教育理念に基づく学問領域（医療福祉）に関する教育が，あらゆる分野の医療人として共通認識を与える基盤的教育となっており，専攻分野（看護）の理解と主体性の形成に影響している可能性が示唆された． |

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the current status of fundamental competencies for working persons between freshmen and graduates of the Department of Nursing at University A, and to identify educational issues. A total of 66 first-year (response rate of 51.2%) and 52 fourth-year (41.9%) were surveyed with a valid response rate of 92.0%. The quantitative data between the two academic years were compared using Mann Whitney’s U test, and inductive analysis was performed on the qualitative free-text data. Among the component factors of fundamental competencies for working persons, there was no significant difference between Action and Thinking (p<.04, r=.39), and only showed a significant difference in Teamwork. In addition, as for the university’s education philosophy, both the first-year and fourth-year students could relate to all 12 factors of fundamental competencies for working persons. Our findings suggested that educating students about the academic field based on the education philosophy (medical care and welfare) from the point of admission delivers them with fundamental education that provides the common knowledge needed as a well-rounded medical professional, and may impact the students’understanding of their major field (nursing) and development of their self-reliance. |
