| 個人の特性としてのゆるし傾向性は，精神的健康との強い関連の故に重要な心理学的概念として扱われてきた．本研究では，適切な自己開示とそれに対する聞き手の受容的反応，および認知的再解釈 の日常的な積み重ねによってゆるし傾向性が向上する可能性に注目した．基本的な想定は，適切な自己開示と聞き手の受容的反応によってもたらされる認知的再解釈がゆるし傾向性の向上を促し，そして精神的健康とも関連するというものであった．311名の大学生に質問紙が配布され，248名が回答した．質問紙には他者へのゆるしと自己へのゆるし（積極的，消極的）に関する尺度，そして精神的健康の指標としてのWHO-5が含まれていた．記入漏れのない203名（男子48名，女子155名）のデータが分析された．人口統計学的変数による尺度得点の差異はわずかであった．構造方程式モデリングの結果，適切な自己開示は受け手の肯定的反応，受け手の肯定的反応は認知的再解釈を，そして認知的再解釈は他者および自己へのゆるしを促していた．精神的健康は自己開示に対する受け手の受容的反応と，自己へのゆるし（消極的，積極的の両側面）によって影響されていた．他者へのゆるしは精神的健康と関連していなかったが，これを除いてはほとんどの結果が事前の想定に沿ったものであった． ゆるし傾向性を高めることの臨床的な意義，および本研究における方法論上の限界が議論された． | ||||||||||

| Dispositional forgiveness is a crucial construct in health psychology that is strongly related to psychological well-being. This study focused on the possibility of improving dispositional forgiveness through cumulative daily experiences of adequate self-disclosures, the positive responses of recipients, and cognitive reframing. We hypothesized that there would be significant positive relationships between these variables and dispositional forgiveness, which would improve psychological well-being. University students (N=248) responded to a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire included the scales for forgiveness of others, positive forgiveness of self, negative forgiveness of self, and the WHO-5 Well-being Index. Data with no missing values of 203 participants (48 men and 155 women) were analyzed. Results indicated few differences in the measured variables based on demographic variables. Structured equation modeling indicated that adequate self-disclosure affected recipients’positive responses, then recipients’positive responses affected cognitive reframing, and cognitive reframing affected the discloser’s other- and self-forgiveness. Psychological well-being was affected by the recipients’positive responses to self-disclosures and two aspects (positive and negative) of self-forgiveness. Other-forgiveness did not affect psychological well-being. These results supported this study’s hypothesis except for the non-significant relationship between other-forgiveness and well-being. The clinical implications of improving dispositional forgiveness and the methodological limitations of this study are discussed. | ||||||||||
