本研究は，既に成人している知的障害を伴うASD（Autism Spectrum Disorder：以下，ASDとする）者の母親を対象に，過去を振り返り支援者との関りから感じた怒りや傷つき体験についての語りを分析し，支援者の言動と親の受け止めについて検討を行うこと目的とした．インタビュー調査の結果では，研究参加者3名のうち2名が，特別支援学校の教員および福祉サービスにおける支援者とのやりとりの中での怒りや傷つき体験のエピソードを語っていた．親が怒りや傷つき体験と感じた背景には，①怒りや傷つき体験の前場面として「我が子が適切な行動を取ることができずにいる状況を共有する」 プロセスがあった点，②支援者と親がその出来事について共に話し合う場面で，親と支援者間における子どもの行動背景の捉え方の違いを親が感じている点，③支援者にはこうあってほしいという期待を親が持っており，支援者の言動が期待と異なる点が挙げられた．上記のような親と支援者間の違いは，子どもの困難場面について共有し，出来事の課題解決へ向けて話し合う場面であるにも関わらず， 親に怒りや傷つきをもたらしていた．さらに，ライフステージを越えて同様の体験をしており，繰り返される怒りや傷つきは，親が支援者に期待することを諦めるという表現につながっていた．このことは，困難場面の解決へ向けて，親と支援者が同じ方向を向いて進むためにも，支援者自身が親の視点や思いに目を向けることの重要性を示しているといえる． |

The purpose of this study was to analyze the narratives of mothers of ASD patients with intellectual disabilities who have already reached adulthood about their experiences of feeling angry or hurt through their interactions with supporters, and to examine the words and actions of supporters and the perceptions of parents. According to the results of the interview survey, two out of the three study participants talked about episodes of experiences of feeling angry or hurt in their interactions with teachers at special-needs schools and supporters at welfare services. In addition, the same experiences occurred across the life stages, and the repeated experiences of feelings angry or hurt led to the expression of parents giving up on their expectations of supporters. This indicates the importance for the supporters themselves to pay attention to the parents’viewpoints and thoughts in order for the parents and the supporters to move in the same direction toward the resolution of difficult situations. |
