| 資金計算書は，発生主義会計における伝統的財務諸表では提供され得ない資金フローに係る情報を開示する．資金概念の定義づけに関する議論は，制度会計上，キャッシュ・フロー計算書が導入されたことで一応の解決を見たといえよう．しかし，組織の活動目的や事業の種類，情報利用者のニーズを問わず，資金概念を現金および現金同等物として一義的に措定することについては，未だ検討の余地があると思われる．本稿は，非営利組織（とりわけ，公的病院等）の特質から，全ての資金概念を包含した総財務資源資金計算書の有用性を提唱するものである．そこで，当該資金概念における資金計算書の一つの雛型として，アーネット（Harold E. Arnett）の提示した財政状態変動表を例示し，非営利組織での活用を検討した．その結果，非営利組織における使命および会計目的に照らしてみると，財政状態変動表が提供する組織の持続可能性・成長性に係る情報は，極めて高い目的適合性を有していることが明らかになった．本稿は，非営利組織の管理会計領域における有用な計算書として，財政状態変動表（総財務資源資金計算書）が活用される可能性を示している． | ||||||||||

| Funds statement disclose information about funds flow that traditional financial statements in accrual accounting cannot provide. It can be said that the discussion on definition of concept of funds has been resolved by introduction of the statement of cash flows in institutional accounting. However, it seems that there is still room for consideration that the concept of funds is uniquely defined as cash and cash equivalents regardless of the purpose of organization’s activities, type of business, and needs of information users. This paper proposes the usefulness of the all financial resources funds statement that includes the all funds concept based on the characteristics of not-for- profit organizations, especially public hospitals. Therefore, as one model of funds statement of funds in this concept, we exemplify the statement of changes in financial position presented by Harold E. Arnett and examined its use in not-for-profits. As a result, it was revealed that the information provided by this statement, such as organizational sustainability and growth potential, is extremely compatible with the mission and the accounting purpose of not-for- profits. This paper shows the possibility that the statement of changes in financial position (that is, the all financial resources funds statement) can be used as a useful statement in the managerial accounting area of not-for-profit organizations. | ||||||||||
